As a USC and Mass General Brigham trained Trauma Surgeon, I believe doctors deserve better than the relentless hospital grind. Our company was born organically during my residency when I started moonlighting in various clinical capacities. As it was time to leave town and head to Harvard for fellowship, I was asked to find doctors to fill the void I was leaving behind. We now have contracts from coast-to-coast, but still only staff physicians into the most physician friendly jobs. We strictly source the most provider friendly positions in the country, like wound care rounds featuring top tier pay, zero call, and minimal documentation burden.
